Carpooling and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
In 2025, we implemented concrete initiatives:
Carpooling encouraged: our employees, who share similar commutes, travel together, reducing the number of vehicles on the road.
Cycling: some employees now live closer to our factory and commute by bicycle.
Electric vehicle charging stations installed at our Toury site.
It’s a humble approach: we’re not going to revolutionize the sector, but we’re taking local, collective action on what we can control.

We protect water
Water is a critical resource. At ITC, we know that.
In 2025, we installed a wastewater recycling plant for our tribofinishing process, capable of closing 98% of the loop in a closed circuit. The tribofinishing sludge is centrifuged and recovered.
We set a target for 2027: to further reduce our water consumption by 10%. The decrease is already noticeable.
This isn’t just a technical investment. It’s a deliberate choice: to reduce our wastewater and raise awareness among our employees and customers about the importance of this resource.
We are reducing our energy consumption
It’s the European Sustainable Development Week
In 2025, we left our old premises for a new factory designed and insulated according to RE2020, the most demanding French environmental standard for buildings.
At ITC, what does this mean in concrete terms?
Photovoltaic panels that produce green electricity directly on-site. Less reliance on the grid. Less carbon.
The numbers speak for themselves: our Scope 1 emissions have been significantly reduced since we stopped using fuel oil.
This is just the beginning. We have also optimized our lighting systems and our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to further reduce our energy consumption.
The result? A factory that produces and consumes more responsibly.
It’s possible. At ITC, it’s already been done.
