ITC elastomers has been supporting medical and pharmaceutical device manufacturers for several decades with custom-made parts: seals, pipes, membranes, bellows, profiles.
Our parts are formulated to withstand the specific constraints of the medical and pharmaceutical sector and comply with the European RoHS REACH directive, parts 5, 10 and 11 of ISO 10993 and the Ph 3.1.9 standard of the Pharmacopoeia (steam sterilization, chemical agents, contact with fluids).
Our LSR medical press under laminar flow ISO class 7 allows us to transform a wide range of USP class VI silicones under the required hygiene conditions.
